Low budget horror doesn't get much better than this.
As the town of Valentine's Bluff prepares for its first Valentine party in 20 years, a killer is resurrected to further avenge the deaths of several miners in an accident which occurred while the town was holding its last party. The killer's identity is a mystery throughout although it is assumed that he is the sole survivor of the mining accident, 20 years older, but just as deadly with a pick ax.
Gruesome and affecting murders provide the cover for some less-than-thrilling performances by a cast of unknowns.
