I just love a movie that puts an old "Batman" TV villain to work. And in the title role, no less!
A psychologist and his wife (Richard Crenna and Joanna Pettet) move into an old mansion and discover a long buried secret. For friends and co-workers who come to help them move in, the place becomes a real death trap with no way out.
This is a pretty good haunted house movie - a bit slow at times, but with some decent special effects and a devilish twist at the end in the person of Victor Buono. A decade after toying with Batman and Robin as King Tut, the rotund actor is back in ham heaven as The Evil incarnate.
